"Steve, who identified as the manager was openly hostile, rude and threatening towards myself after I came back as I had a problem closing my windows... I had just paid a lot of money to have some work done and picked the car up prior to this. I just wanted a little bit of help but the way this guy was acting was absolutely not ok. Apparently it had nothing to do with them as they had done the exhaust but my understanding with a cabriolet is that there’s a bracket that goes underneath. Either way - I was just looking for help. I understand if you’re busy but I am a customer and so are my family and the fact you clearly tried to intimidate me (a lone Female) this is 100% not good. Myself and my family will not be coming back which is a shame as we Are long time customers. That’s 6 separate lines of business that you have just lost. You need new management. Or stress management at least."

"Great service at a very reasonable price. They conducted thorough check on my vehicle after brake lights/engine light came on and explained the issues - and the work needed to fix them - in language I could understand. Will definitely use again."

"Has to be one of the worst garages you can go to. They seem to want to help you but they really don't care about your car, they will be wick to tell you what's wrong with the car but offer solutions. The worst MOT experience ever. I will never recommend this garage to anybody. Stay away."

"Finally found a garage who don't rip you off with kind courteous experienced staff. Did a thorough job on my car with cheap labour rates, necessary parts only and kept me informed properly at every step. Totally different experience from most garages who employ poorly trained kids who are out to replace everything on your car for no reason and charge sky high prices for labour and parts sometimes for work that isn't even carried out. Highly recommended."
