"Firstly MOT itself was done swiftly and on the time promised. However it is not about the end product itself, but how the service was delivered from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. Let's now talk about the staff. They are just too grumpy to be honest. Customer service is practically non existent and they were not putting in any effort to show or deliver good customer service. So if you thinking of getting an exceptional customer experience here, you are looking in the wrong place. The premises also needs a major revamp. No seating area or secluded area for customers and when I compare how this place is to other places I have had my MOT done, I would give this place a score of 1 out of 10. Now we all know everyone wants to help out local businesses by ensuring we use their services, so my advise would be for the staff here to improve the whole outlook of the business itself and improve on their customer service skills."
