"My car is currently in the garage being repaired via an insurer approved repairer. So far I have found the service very slow and communication is dreadful. I don't think I'd go out of my way to use this garage again."
"Please do not reply saying you don’t have a customer named “howto youdo”. My insurance company directed me to this company. My Prius has minor damage due to a collision. It’s just the front bumper and components as well as the proximity sensor needed to be replaced. It took 2 weeks for them to send a text message to arrange a date which (the earliest) was 2 weeks later. By the way they texted me about 2 weeks after my insurance referred me to them. I called yesterday and they said they are still waiting for the parts to be delivered. Ordered from Japan I am guessing. Looking at the previous comments here, I am not hopeful. But they should know that people need their cars for their life. Especially as a Minicab driver I need my car to earn money for my children."
"I took my Audi to get some scratches removed, and Peter was extremely helpful in pointing out that most of the scratches can be buffed out. Peter, and his team, were super nice and super quick in getting my car done, it was completed within 4 hours of me dropping it off. I will 100% be coming back."
"Overall the quality of service/work is very good, there were some communication issue and misunderstandings between employees. I was very pleased to see that the manager looked into it, identified the issue very quick , apologised for any inconvenience and reassurance was offered. The car was spotless on pick up (really appreciate that)."
"Absolutely SHOCKING service. Few minor scratches on my car which needed doing. Was quoted one week turn around time. However two weeks later I phone for an update and was told they don’t know anything it will be another week. Phoned the following week and they said it would be another week. Only after ringing so many times they rushed through my job... received the car back with paint drips etc. Terrible service. Should of updated me with progress along the way. I had to keep doing the chasing. All round horrible experience. Went to pick up the car to save them dropping it back to me and the receptionist was extremely stroppy telling me I couldn’t just turn up and collect it. I had in fact phoned earlier to say I would be collecting the car in an hour. What a joke."
