"They did change my brake pads a few months ago and before I go for long travel I had brake signage appear on my dashboard. We’re travelling with a 1-year-old baby. We returned to the shop to speak with them. It was around 5.45 pm Thursday. The guy standing there did not talk to us, he then reverse his car so fast as he almost hit our car. We understand he wants to go home but as a matter of courtesy, he should tell us to come back the next day. The next day when I went to Kwik-Fit they told us Saif motors put a second-hand brake pad when I changed them last time. Wouldn't recommend them to friends and family"

"Very please with my experience today. They fixed my mechanical problem rather than telling me I needed a replacement component like most garages would. This saved me money and fixed my issue in about half an hour rather than having to wait a day or two. I was given the choice of fix or replace which I think was very good of them. They are so helpful and genuine."

"DO NOT GO HERE! took car for a leak issue, after diagnosing the problem and agreeing part required, was promised it will be fixed in 3 hours. After 7 hours they put one part on and said now another part is leaking! Either they are incompetent mechanics, or dodgy tricksters! having agreed extortionate part cost, they agreed it will be ordered and to come by in the evening to put part on, go the next day and they say part has not arrived! Day 3- they did not want to fix in the evening as agreed and wanted to keep car overnight which was not an option! so they fixed while I waited. WARNING! now the next day the car suddenly has loss of power/boost issue which it did not have before, to me they fix one thing and mess up another! spent nearly £250 to fix a leak, now they have messed up my car even further!! They are not to be trusted! Scammers!"

"I took my Renault Espace to these people. My car was giving check injection warning and I was worried that it will be ££££ but saw Mr. Dar the manager and he was so helpful and supportive, advised me to give it a good run for 20 minutes at higher speed than 50. and resolved the issue after that. Got my car serviced at very very reasonable price and honest advice was a cherry on the top of the cake."

I was very pleased how the staff at Saif autos ltd took care of the matter, called me back in just a short while with the pricing and once agreed the the job was very good taken care of. On the MOT they fixed the lights and wipers at a very minimal cost. I left that garage very pleased and satisfied with the service provided and would strongly recommend this garage as they are open till late too."
