"Normally I'd give these guys a 5*. I had a service done on my zafira which was a little steep and then was told a couple if bits needed replacing as they were either worn or broke while doing the service. These parts put the price up a bit more but they didn't charge me any extra for labour. I will still use these guys as after the service the car is smooth almost like new and I still trust them, and there isn't many mechanics I can say that about anymore."

"Complete rip off. Avoid. Better to ask other garages before going here. These people try to rip off those who don’t understand the cost of service and parts. I won’t be going near them ever again. Seriously just pick up the phone and call other garages. You’ll find better priced ones very quickly."

"The worst car service I've ever had to deal with. I brought my car for inspection and troubleshooting, replaced the batteries and changed some other parts (it is not specified which ones) for my services, I paid $ 180, after which I was completely sure that my car was serviceable, went on a long journey, 200 kilometers from London, my car stalled and it doesn't start anymore, and I called a tow truck and took the car to London to the same car service, the guys in the service said that the repair would cost me £ 680, I was upset, but agreed to this service, after another repair, I picked up the car and went to work, on the way to work the air conditioner stopped working, and a puddle of water gathered under the seat, and I went to the same service again, the guys in the service said that the repair would cost about 800 pounds, I agreed again, but I have my car allegedly repaired after 4 weeks, I was upset because the icons on the dashboard were burning, indicating that there are problems, but I had to go to the supermarket for groceries, on the way on the road, the steering wheel is locked, and all the sensors on the dashboard lit up"
