"Put my car in for MOT and they charged me for changing a light which they didn't change. Only after paying did I start up car to see light hadn't been changed. When challenged they offered to refund but said they had spent time trying to fix it but there was an electrical fault so it wasn't a simple fix. It's poor service and disingenuous to charge for something that hasn't been fixed and then to not even highlight that it hasn't been fixed to a paying customer."
