"If I could give this place 0 stars I honestly would. The mechanic used YouTube to fit new brake pads/discs and ended up tampering with the car to a point where even settings such as Lane Assist, Brake Assist, Collision Assistance, Auto Beam and Car Mode Switching and No Hand Brake Assistance were no longer available. I took the car to 3 different garages that were able to identify the issue within 5 minutes with everyone saying “the mechanic cut corners and forced the brakes without putting the car into service mode”. The mechanic has assumed NO LIABILITY. Despite contacting us 2 weeks later to admit that he has now purchased the software compatible with our car. We have now had to take the car to the official dealership which has cost a total of £1,500+ to rectify this mechanics below minimum job. He is still arguing that he is not at fault despite us giving the car in its full working condition. Had we been told that he would have to watch YouTube videos to do the necessary works I would’ve taken the car to someone that knew what they were doing. We have evidence that the mechanic didn’t have the software and the fact that he spent “hours” looking on YouTube to learn how to sort the brakes. Now we’ve spent just over £2,000 because of this rubbish garage. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU RESPECT OR VALUE YOUR “EXPENSIVE VEHICLE”. Also, make sure to ask him that he is actually competent enough to do what needs to be done either wise you will end up paying thousands to rectify their mistakes. Thanks for absolutely nothing."

"Great garage and amazing polite staff. Went it randomly for car’s tracking after searching online and I must they’ve done the best job for the price. 60% cheaper than all the other garages quote on top quite prompt. I think all they need is a bit more marketing as locally not everyone knows where the garage is. Car drives perfect now got free inspection done as well. All the best guys. Lewis knows how to run his business. At first they might not seem like it as there’s no office outlook like all other garages these days have yet the old school garage with proper skilled mechanics is what they are. Extremely satisfied with the service. Editing this review today after a few weeks. I go back to give it a 0 star. Nothing to be rude or horrible to the guys who did the job but I guess they are amateurs and not at all ready to work on an expensive car like the one I took there trying to save a few quids. Got the tracking done from BMW as the drive had gone horribly wrong after I got tracking done from brixton garage. Found out everything was set off, the camber the toe and the whole alignment thing was messed up. Gladly got to BMW on time as my car was so bumpy on even small pot holes and the ride was massively gone bad. Spoke to Lewis(owner) after a few days of my visit to the garage he did say bring the receipt from BMW and we will refund you but I have actually moved out of that area now. Guys again I’m not putting any anger out or not trying to be negative the guys are great as people but not experienced enough to handle expensive cars. I could’ve got my suspension messed up coz of the camber and castor not being aligned. So only for this reason I’m giving 1 start from 5 stars."
