"AVOID! Used for a aiport service they were way overpriced but seemed to be the only ones avaliable in the time I needed. To start it off the Driver came more than 10 minutes late. His car was a mess as the bumber kept on falling off and he literally kept on stopping in the middle of the motorway to try to fix it. At some point I wasn't sure if we would make the flight.. After we finally arrived he had the nerve of asking me for a higher price than the already exorbitant amount that was agreed before .. Do yorself a favour and use anyone else!"
"I booked a cab for a flight arriving at LHR at 15.30. The cab arrived at 15.30 and left without advising me and before I was through security and baggage retrieval. On calling the companies I was told that they had tried calling me numerous times - I was in the arrival process and not able to answer ,and the cab had therefore left the airport. The controller argued with me and went so far as to accuse me of not giving the correct flight arrival time. I had earlier called from Athens to confirm flight number and arrival time. The cab driver did eventually return to the airport after some insistence on my part. The prices are fair and the driver amicable. However, would you want to book a cab not knowing if the company would check flight arrivals or leave you stranded at the airport?"
"We booked Ambassador for our airport journey, pick up from Stansted, we were unfortunately delayed (these things happen) despite giving the office our flight number to ensure the driver had updates on our arrival, the driver informed us as we was paying that the wait time he had due to our delay was an extra £20, unfortunately these things our out of customers control hence why we gave flight number! The car was an old Ford galaxy, with broken seat belts that did not stay in the locked position, pretty dangerous when the driver was speeding at 4am in the fog/most. The driver used Google maps on his phone to navigate his way back to North London....the phone was placed on the passenger seat which he kept on looking at having to take his eyes of the road! Wow All in all they have gained £27 (£7 being the money I gave to him to leave Stansted airport). Will not be using this cab company ever again. Take our advice and avoid!"
"Booked collection from Stansted. Flight was delayed and an hour. They don't check your flight number and time your pick-up. Charged us 20 pounds waiting time. Car had broken seat belt and driver sped entire way back. Kept looking at his phone which was on seat making him swerve all over the road. 100 pounds for a Stansted collection with a driver who sped and didn't know where he was going. Avoid."
