"Absolutely a waste of time . I have tried all day yesterday and at 8am this morning to use online system for my 92year old father. Tried hanging on phone for 1 1/2 hours for call to be cut off. The whole system needs a review. I can't keep driving an hour to go to reception we all have to work. I turn up at reception and surgery is empty. Really angry . My doctors I can get through with 5 minutes"

"Not slating the staff. I'm slating the system. What's the point of the app if everytime I login I get: "Practice at Capacity - not currently taking new request". You've taken a problem with the phone system and put the same problem online. I'd hate to think how much of tax payers money has gone into this system. Should just pay for more staff."

"Not fit for purpose, you ring in the morning and are usually either informed by an automated voice that the lines are too busy or that you are something like number 79 in a queue. If you are somehow one of the lucky ones to get through you are told that they will ring you back at some point throughout the entire day.. Almost pointless for anyone who works or has a life…"
