"A rip off....avoid at all costs. Quote something and then carry out work without your permission and then inflate final price. Kept my car for longer than what they should have and kept changing when I could come and collect my car. Price above and beyond what I should have paid for. Shoddy service, poor value for money, shocked they haven't appeared on BBC's Rogue Traders. If it was possible to give zero stars I would."
