"I have been there as advised by Car giant insurance. They have run the computer dingos and told me there was a fuel filter problem and on the computer was showing it was an electrical problem with the fuel filter heater has an electrical problem. They told me to change the fuel filter and made me pay £66 for dingos and I did change the filter for £60 in different garage and and nothing changed. The problem was electricity problem. Even they haven’t provided the the diagnose sheet. They told me they’ll be in contact with Mercedes to order the part and informed it will take a day or so. I have waited for a week and call them every day to chase that up. At the end they told me Mercedes did not understand the problem. They wasted my money and my time. The guy with tattoo on the neck was not welcoming and gave me wrong advice, he’s clearly wanting me to just pay. I suggest you go to specialist. Clearly I have been stolen. Never trust garages. "I took my car to Road Runner service after managing to scrape the bag left bumper on a wall which created some nasty scratches and a dent in the left doors. John who dealt with explained everything politely and they offered to fix the scratches on the alloy wheels too. They kept me up to day throughout and they even managed to bring the price down by working on the wheels in their body shop. The car was ready a day earlier than anticipated. It was in excellent condition, like new and moreover they had washed it and hoovered it, so it was sparkling clean inside and out. I am very thankful to the whole team at RoadRunner Service and will hopefully use them again. Highly recommended!"

"Brilliant place to get your cars fixed. Had ordered brake discs and pads to them fitted on my car and euro car parts recommended Roadrunner. All booked up via website and had a courtesy call couple days before stating parts have turned up and to come on scheduled date. Arrived on the day in morning, left keys and it was done before midday! Very professional and very kind & cheerful reception staff!"
