"The back left window fell down and I went to this garage to change the mechanism on the 1st of August. They told me that the part was difficult to find but they could replace it before the 13th of August when I was going on holiday for 10 days. The job was not done in time and I received the car after one month! However, the problem is not that, the real issue is that after I received the car the battery died and then the roof was not going down (Mini Cabrio). Please note that I never had an issue with this car before I take it to this garage. Answer to the reply below: I was indeed informed that the part will take some time to be delivered but I was assured that the job would be completed before I leave on holiday. You called me one day before I fly and you told me it will be ready in 3 days time! I arrived back and the car was still not ready! I don’t think I need to comment on the free of charge parking comment, that’s common sense! The mechanism of the roof was working perfectly fine, the only thing I was doing was to slightly push the right hand corner to unstuck it because it needs to be oiled. The big difference now is that there is a red right and the mechanism is not working properly. I also believe that you knew about the battery problem because before I get the car you put the key to check the panel. I thought you would show me that the window was working but the only reason you entered the key was to check if there is power. In general the service provided is not 5 star as the reviews indicate which I believe most of them are fake. If you were professional you would show me the £252 receipt from BMW for the part and when I got the car you would at least show me what job is done. The only reason I put 2 stars and not 1 is because the window is still working."
