They are really important local business who I feel we should support. Always friendly, able to sort any issues on cars. "This garage really knows how to talk trash and charge you unnecessary hours. I asked them why a service would take 6 hours. And here is what they explained: 'You used to drive a BMW 1 series and now you are driving a 4x4 in the London city. There is so much difference.' What? PS: After reading the reply: 1 If you are confident about your service I d suggest you complete all the things you have promised. When we left the car there, we have been told as if everything would be good. But instead we have to chase you many times still not able to get things done. Especially once we paid the bill there is no service anymore even though there are work left to do. 2 Would you say it is always compulsory to change 4 tires for all the 4x4? Or it is just an option? Because your engineer said we have to change 2 tires, not 4, because one of them need replaced. Your hourly rate could be as much as you want but you have to deliver the same good service, and not cheating. 3 Funny story the car dealer we went to has reviews as good as you but I think at least all of their reviews are real."

"Despite being incredibly helpful and friendly while fixing a wheel baring really short notice, I was charged £90 an hour for the job which apparently took 3 hours!!! I went through my charges with friends/family/other mechanics and everyone has said that I had been massively ripped off and that garages often do this to young girls. The costs for wheelbaring repairs are usually around £100 and take 1.5 hours maximum - not 3! So you can understand my upset when I paid around £450 for the repair work. The guys are super friendly but helpful but I was equally angry knowing that I had been ripped off."

"'We don't want to sell you tyres.' That is exactly what they said. The truth is, we have one tyres need replaced to pass MOT(that, might be another lie, but I'd trust them because that tyre was scratched indeed.). We have a Audi quattro, they suggested us to replace 2 tyres. I asked them the reason, they said because it is 4x4, you will need to replace 2 tyres at the same time. I questioned them, shouldn't we replace 4 tyres because it is 4x4? They said they need to check. By the way, each tyre costs 260+VAT, which is £312. Two tyres made it £624. We had to ask my friend who works in other garage elsewhere to verify and they told us this Clichy is obviously lying. We had to go back and told them we only want to replace one tyre. However, this was't all. Together with the tyre replacement we were charged almost £1400 for a service. I asked them why a service takes 6 hours. They listed lots of things which included tyre replacement. Only after we paid the bill, I have been told that no garage will charge hours to replace the tyre. So I went back to challage them, they said that they actually replace the tyre without charging hours. 'We don't want to sell you tyres.'"

"When my car broke down near the garage, they sent a mechanic out to bring it in to the garage. They sorted out the problem very quickly and they made sure I knew how to get myself home in the meantime. Phenomenal service, kind and compassionate staff, would recommend to anyone."
