"Half baked cleaning. Scratched my brand new car. And a very rude and abusive manager to boot. I took my brand new car, barely a week old, to clean here after reading the reviews. I specifically showed the manager the dirt on the carpets and inside the doors and he agreed to clean it. He said the washing and drying outside and cleaning inside would cost £15. As I returned to pick up the car, I was met by a cleaner apparently doing the final touches. He was more interested in trying to upsell stuff like window tinting, caliper painting, alloy rim protection etc. I could see soap residue left behind on the paintwork, windscreen and mirrors suggesting that the car hadn't been properly wiped dry. I ran my finger on some supposedly cleaned part and found that it gathered dirt. The dirt on the carpets and door inside although reduced was still conspicuous. And the windscreen wasn't cleaned at all in the corner below the wiper! When I showed it to the cleaner, he half heartedly cleaned it but started grumbling that it would take £50 to do a full valet if I wanted it cleaned in detail. I said that the manager had seen the inside himself and agreed a thorough clean and drying job outside and inside before quoting the price. I suggested that I could have done a better job myself instead of having to spend £15 for this half baked job. The manager who was within earshot almost pounced on me alleging that I was insulting his work. A brief argument ensued that culminated in the manager hurling verbal abuse and asking me to get out. As I got into the car after paying, he charged trying to slam the door to rush me out. Clearly shaken, I left the place as quickly as I could. Upon reaching home, I noticed a scratch in the paintwork near the rear driver side door on what was till then a pristine exterior. It had been clearly made manually rather than by accident while driving. Don't know which side of the bed I woke up today to deserve such a shoddy experience. Take your car here at your own peril!"

"Feb 2018 - Took my Audi again to Skywash today. Cost £15.00. Aman and his team did a splendid job as usual. The commitment he puts to his service is just the best in London. As a person who travels a lot and rent cars when I'm abroad I can say his service beats what I have come across services in the US, Dubai, Amsterdam, Faro, Mumbai and Kuwait. He does it all with a smile. Everything from the polish he uses to fine detailing. Quality, VIP Service! Oct 2017 - Took my Audi there for a Mini-valet. Cost £15.00. Aman, Nas and team were bloody amazing. Job done and dusted in 30 minutes and the car came out immensely clean, looking brand new. Check them out. Best in the area by far."
