"Went to the little Sutton salon last September. Only two staff working and they were very busy. Having been in there for several hours I was left several times as walk ins wanted appointments and phone needed answering. I timed the third time I was abandoned and it was exactly 8 mns in the middle of a blow dry. The highlights were even that’s the best I can say about the whole experience. Salon was dull and unwelcoming and I’m not at all surprised it has now closed down. I was charged £168 for the privilege of sitting in a glum salon with ceiling tiles missing and possibly the worst blow dry ever! Didn’t and couldn’t recommend to anybody."

"Came today to try and match my ends of hair to my silver roots and get some life back in my curly hair. Louise was amazing instead of letting me spend money colouring the ends unnecessarily she’s trimmed some out, put a gloss on and has done THE most beautiful curly hair cut I’ve ever had.
