"Very expensive just to trim ends of hair."

"I had my hair coloured here, I had it bleached and then coloured. I have had my hair bleached/dyed multiple times before so I know how my hair reacts, and I had a skin test with the colour before my appointment. Service was lovely and all of the staff were very nice, however I think they either made the bleach too strong/left it on for too long as it burned my scalp and I now have scabs on my scalp from this and it is very tender, none of which has ever happened before. I was not informed of this at the time, so not sure if it wasn't noticed or if it was but I was not informed? I have emailed and since had a response, however it was more defensive saying it was bound to happen due to the chemicals, so I will not bother coming in as do not feel there will be much benefit as the damage has already been done"

"I have been going to Graham at Time for over 12 years so I must like the way he cuts and colours my hair! Diane and all the rest if the staff are always smiley and welcoming when you arrive ready to send you on your way looking 100% better than you did when you arrived haha."

"Every time I go the staff are helpful and kind. My favourite hairdresser is Rebecca she always asks helpful questions to understand what I need and want. She does a fantastic job and gives me plenty of time always checking if I need a refreshment. Very Much appreciated. Every time I leave I feel like a supermodel, which is what you want when you get your hair done."

"Saw a promotion flyer on their window today. Cut n blow by a junior stylist was £15 while by a senior stylist was £25 or something like that. I popped in and asked if a £15 cut n blow was available today. A lady said it would be available in 5/10 minutes. I went for it. Everything went smoothly. However, they required me to pay £20 at the end. I asked why. I did ask for a £15 cut n blow at the very beginning. The lady just said I did not say anything. £15 offer was subject to availability. You can visualise the scenario. I said yes while the lady said no. I was stared by all of them. Under that circumstances, I had no choice but surrendered. Dare not go there again. They may charge whatever they like. In my understanding, it's purely dishonest."
