"I've been part of this practice for all of my 27 years. I usually love the surgery, the receptionists are really helpful and friendly. I usually get appointments offered, Dr Imam and Dr Saleem are great at what they do. I recently had an appointment with a 'Dr Jabeen' who was so rude to me on the phone, I didn't get any medication for the issue I expressed, and I cut off the phone because I couldn't tolerate her rudeness. I have no issue with the surgery usually, they're always great but unfortunately my last appointment was not so great."

"I have been registered with the surgery since it’s opening in the early 70’s. Dr. R A S Sangra was a unique and remarkable GP ( May Allah swt bless his soul in eternal peace), since then Dr imam has taken over and I have to date found him to be of an astounding character who practices his duty of care towards his patients with precision, professionalism and due diligence. His conduct and professionalism speaks in volumes. He has an amazing team of staff members who are always polite and willing to help. To those with grievances with the staff and GP’s of the practice, perhaps it would be worth their while to possibly exercise some patience technique’s as each patient is of paramount importance and given priority accordingly. "This is a personal review for the Receptionist called Rifat - I have been chasing up a medical health history form that I needed (been chasing up for about a week and a half) I was passed onto so many different staff members and no one had an answer for me. I spoke to Rifat today and she managed to get an answer for me within 15/20 minutes. From what I've been chasing up for a week and a half, Rifat gave me an answer and some clarity about my form within 20 minutes of speaking with her. I felt valued and cared for as a patient. Rifat prioritised my situation and gave me some trust in this surgery. She was able to assure me and knew how to speak to me with respect and dignity, so thank you :)"

"Very bad service! It really baffles me how any other professional during this pandemic has been able to offer face to face appointments yet GP practices, who are needeed the most, are still TILL NOW, carrying out phone call triaging and running the risk of misdiagnosis! If the whole world is having to see patients and get on with their daily jobs, what makes GP's any different! Anyway, my father unfortunately has had to suffer the brunt of this "triage diagnosis business" and has now ended up hospital with severe health complications that could have been picked up month's ago if he was given a face to face appointment! Not only has it left him really unwell, but infact now it has added more strain on the NHS uneccesarily! Utter neglect and a huge disappointment. Stay well clear if you value your health!"

"This practice used to be good however the standards have dropped down drastically since the covid-19 pandemic. The Doctors work from home offering no face to face appointments. Diagnosing incorrectly over the phone giving out medication that likely will cause further damage. Recently I was given antibiotics over the phone incorrectly which made me worse. Then I had to see a GP face to face in a walk in centre who confirmed I should have never been prescribed the antibiotics. The GP was shocked at my BP and the fact that my own GP has never done anything about it. I will he looking to leave and change my GP sadly after many years."
