"We were a group of 50 people and we ordered a buffet at Hare and Hounds Warrington to have a bite to eat before the rugby game. The food was amazing, the service was just perfect, and the staff were so accommodating! Amazing food, fair prices and great staff - what else can you ask for! Credits to Lynsey for all the preparation and the great communication before the event!"

"Been a few times. Over my few times, the staff are certainly much more welcoming and lovely overall over the months, however, mine and my partners meals were disappointing this time round. The starters are belting though. Still a good place for a drink though!"

"Worse chicken fajitas I have ever had, about 5 to 6 pieces of chicken that tasted horrible, same amount of soggy peppers and soggy red onion, also came with big chunks of courgettes that wasn't even mentioned in the menu description and all swimming in either old oil or cheap oil and to top it of, two stone cold wraps. Also ordered sirloin steak with chips that was very tough and bland, the hold thing left an nasty taste in your mouth. Will not be returning"

"Love The Hare & Hounds. Friendly staff, Tables are always wiped, & never had any issue with the food. On this occasion I had the Mixed Grill & as you can see from the photos, it was absolutely amazing! Compliments to the Chef! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We visited the Hare and Hounds specifically to use a voucher that Sizzling Pubs sent us. On this occasion, they got things very wrong. We ordered two steak meals and waited quite a while for them to arrive. Fair enough as it was busy. When they arrived, nothing was sizzling; the onions were quite cold and swimming in fat. It took 3 napkins to soak it all up! One steak was good, but the other was quite rare despite being requested as medium. It was cooked for a bit longer, and when it reappeared, it was cooked much better but turned out to be chewy with lots of grissle through it! While it was being cooked some more the sweet potato fries were consumed. When the steak returned, another portion of fries were ordered to accompany it. They didn't make an appearance in the time it took to eat the edible bits of the steak! When asked where they were, I was told that there were lots of orders in front of them, so we cancelled. By this point, we'd had enough so asked for the bill, paid, and left. The staff we spoke to were helpful and polite but were let down by poor food, bad cooking, and disorganisation. We won't be returning."
