"Charged £95 just to be told they have no idea what's wrong with it! Do not believe all the fluffy reviews. Late last year I also went thinking that as a BMW specialist they could get to the bottom of my E90 engine knocking. After test driving and diagnostic was told they don't really know what the issue is. Well Naz mate, if you checked properly you'd had found that cylinder 3 and 4 was miss firing due to the coil packs. Once changed the car has been running smooth ever since! Thanks to Ryans Garage all the way in West Ruislip for that. I'm sure they are usually a good garage but have to give them a one star for that."
