"The guy at the counter gave me a wrong part that i found out it didn't fit my car when i went to the mechanic to get it fitted.When i tried to return or discuss about the wrong part he said the part has been touched with dirty hands and it smelled and how did he know i didn't had it fit the removed again like.Even if I tried to reason with him that the part had to be touched and assessed by a mechanic he stood there and kept shaking his head like a dashboard-dog and didn't want to hear anything.Myabe because it was Saturday,almost end of the shift and he wanted to go home and hug his teddy bear."
"Customer service is a joke in this company. Absolutely trashed, unnecessary wait time. 2 guys were in front of me waiting to get served. 1 staff walked away from the counter for 25 mins and no staff replaced his position. I waited for 35 mins to get served"
"Guys lets face it this place is run by garbage! If you have a self respect for yourself you would agree. They treat walk-ins like trash. Waiting times are unnecessarily long. Most that time is waiting for one of them to get up from their desk and crawl to you. Honestly its run by a bunch of neanderthals. Its so obvious and bad. When they're on the phone, which is most the time, speaking to prospective buyers, the mock them the moment they're off the phone. Mock an accent, a request etc. Its appalling. Also I can't help but think how uncomfortable of an environment it would be for a female!!!!"
