"So many errors with my massage today. First off the lady walked in the room when I was naked instead of knocking and giving me chance to get onto the bed. The lights were left fully bright the Whole time, not dimmed down like they usually are, so obviously not a relaxing enviroment to start with. Then a man came in from the street and had a very very loud discussion with reception staff when there are signs up saying to be quiet, this went on for a good 10 mins. Paying for relaxation and I'm getting all this.. And then after my massage was finished I eventually checked my phone and it was 5mins before the time my massage was due to end. Felt completely ripped off and wish id of kept my £49. I would never go here again"
