"My partner came here a few months ago and he looked great so I came with him this time. I'm normally a soap and water kind of guy and moisturise in the winter. With wearing a mask all day my skin has just felt awful and dull. So this was a little treat for me and I do not regret it in the slightest. Kayleigh did my appointment I had the crystal clear facial and the the oxygen afterwards. Oh my god, amazing didn't even touch on how I felt! Kayleigh was the right level of chatty and relaxing I had a ball! My skin has honestly never felt better and I am considering making it a monthly thing! The store itself was immaculately clean and stylish and I felt safe with the staff all wearing PPE I know covid is ruining a lot of things but it's nice to see a business adapt and still operate in such a safe practical way! Definitely be back!"

"I love this place!! The team are all really lovely and welcoming which as a result creates a really nice atmosphere. Just the type of environment where you can relax and indulge in their high end treatments. Had the Venus Freeze for skin tightening on my face & neck again today. Just coming to the end of my course. Elaine, the owner carried out my initial consultation in one of the treatment rooms and she was totally amazing. She was so thorough and professional that by the end of it I knew everything there was to know about the treatment and what outcome I could expect. I can honestly say that I am blown away with my treatment. Skin feels a lot tighter and in better condition. Eye area is less puffy and my dark circles are gone. Thank you Elaine for helping me to feel more confident about my appearance. Looking forward to my next treatment."

"Absolutely terrible "bedside manner"! Consultation in the waiting area with 2 other patients. Consultant kept referring to me as "a diabetic" so clearly the form I filled in was not confidential as the other patients could hear. I was then asked if I could show the area that needed treating (again in the waiting area/reception) and only when I said no was I taken to a room only to be told that the receptionist had got it wrong and they don't do the treatment I asked for. Get your act together! Wouldn't recommend here!"
