"Booked an appointment with Antonia and ended up getting my hair done by the junior without being asked if I was ok with this. Hair was dyed a complete different colour than I'd asked for even though a picture was shown for reference. The cut is really poor and I've been left with really boxy bowl cut curtains. Text to say I was unhappy and never got a response."
