"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! I ordered from Ebay a new bumper for my Polo Gti which they said they had in stock which was not true as I called them 2 weeks later to ask where is was and they said " its just arrived I was just about call you ". The bumper was sent direct to the paint shop that as was to fit the new bumper. The bumper arrived and was painted and doesn't even fit my car.I contacted them to say they bumper is not the right one for my car and they basically told me to get lost as the bumper has now been painted. I understand there position however if they sent the right bumper in the first place I would not have wasted £185.They were useless to deal with from start to finish and lie they do not have in stock the parts they advertise on Ebay they just order them in and make you wait with no updates at all."

"Ordered a wing for my w126 driver's side, part came damaged, there was no cut out for the Indicator, guy told me to check pictures but it clearly states images are for illustration purposes only!!!! So I sent my vin and to make sure it would be the right part sent, the guys were not helpful when they sent the wrong part and also damaged, instead I get arsey messages back there customer service is extremely poor They have been reported on eBay Google Mb forum And next step trading standards They told me damages can be pushed out by my finger and the hole for the indicator is just a slight modification I was unable to return the item as the car was booked into the body shop and I didn't want to wait another few months to get the car back Please be careful when placing orders from theses guys I have them options on how to resolve the issue and solutions but they didn't want to work with me A huge lesson I learnt today was to pay more and actually have better service and the right part!!! "I ordered both front and rear bumpers for a Mk7 Fiesta. The parts were delivered at 6pm. The delivery driver handed over the parts and asked me to sign for delivery. By the time I had put the parts in the house the delivery driver had driven off. I unpacked the bumpers straight away to find the the rear one had damaged which had been touched up. Partbusters office was closed when I tried to call so I called at 9am the following morning to report the damage. I was told that the parts were inspected and were fine when sent out. I explained that the Consumer Rights Act protects me from the delivery of faulty parts, including if they were damaged by the courier, which they were not because the packaging was undamaged. They were adamant that if I have signed for the parts then I have no rights. They need to train staff to understand their obligations to customers! They were offhand and rude and eventually accepted if I return the rear bumper they would send out a new one. WOULD I TRUST THEM NO!!! I WOULD HAVE TO COVER THE COST AND THEY COULD QUITE EASILY SEND OUT ANOTHER FAULTY PART!! There is obviously no quality control OR they expect customers not to complain and go away. Value parts BUT A CHEAP AND NASTY COMPANY."
