"Our family have visited on multiple occasions and spent 1000's of pounds without issue.... That was until I needed to return something. Some action figures and a set piece were very bad quality and falling apart. The duty manager at the time, Beth if remember correctly, pieced the parts back together and said 'They're meant to fall apart and put back together so I can't see the fault!' I was astonished at this and was sent away. I looked into the consumer rights act 2015 and eventually got her to allow me store credit as a goodwill gesture. We'll be going to the drakehouse store from now on. Other than that, reasonable prices and plentiful parking."
"Not a good experience at all. My wife and I came here today with the intention of spending at least £1,000, we only spent £200, why? Well I asked staff if I could have a trolley as we only had our cards on us and no cash. When I asked the staff if they had any way of helping me get a trolley they said no. I asked 3 different staff members could I buy in store and get delivered two said yes and one said no. They didn't seem to know anything. My wife and I enjoy going in store but will be giving this place a miss. If your trolleys didn't require a pound coin we would of spent so much more, not the ideal way to run a business, unless you can afford to lose sales like this, due to bad customer service."
"A large store which is stocked from floor to ceiling with everything a child could wish for. I wanted a mermaid doll and a set of toy tools. I got both things I wanted at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful and right outside the store entrance."
"On the site of what used to be ToysRUs, this store caters mainly for the toddler and young junior end of children Nowhere near as good as the Toys R Us store and less choice. Good onsite free parking"
