"I paid them my dental charge on April 1st 2022. But they told NHS I didn’t pay for it. Then I keep receiving the letters from NHSBSA to ask me pay the charge which I have already paid. I have contacted them a lot of times and finally they told me they would reach NHSBSA and corrected it. But I still keep receiving letters from NHSBSA. And now the letter even said that I need to pay a penalty of £100 and a surcharge of £50. I cannot believe why this even happened. Also after I called them and they said they would solve it, it still couldn’t be solved. This is really ridiculous. They are really not trustable. Firstly they made a mistake on reporting they are not receiving my payment. And then they ignored my problem or didn’t solve it and brought me a huge penalty charge."
"Have been a patient with mydentist for 30 years. Never had any issues and whenever I have needed treatment urgently they attended within 24 hours. Not forgetting the reception team who have always been welcoming on arrival."
"Don't come here！Sharon was the worst dentist！She washed my teeth very roughly, and broke my gum. My mouth was full of blood and I wanted to throw up, but she was very unhappy about me doing that. I was charged a lot of fees here, and forced to make an appointment for the next dental visit. I was confused and paid, but I didn't go there again!"
"Asked for an emergency appointment (December), got told I could have one in January but it would be much better to ring back at 9am and get seen the same day. Called 3 days later at 9am as had to arrange time off of work, got told that the earliest they could now see me is February. Told only 2 dentists work here. Expect it will close down soon and leave us with no NHS dentist at all."
