"Spent 200+ in parkgate store for Xmas my phone had died my partner asked the old woman at the tills that just served us if she knew anywhere we could call a taxi home as we had our 4 year old autistic son with us it was getting late to my surprise she started smirking and laughing at us and talking in her headphones laughing never felt so belittled and humiliated by a old woman this woman should know better we had a child with us absolutely disgusting staff member and needs sacking will be taking this further."

"Big toy store with lots to pick from for all ages prices arnt to bad, staff didn't seem very happy and not very polite the lady who served us forgot one of the bits of the toy I ordered so have to go and pick it back up also spent £400 on toys and didn't get a bag or anyone to offer to help me carry everything to the car. Only thing that lets this shop down is the staff"

"Great toy shop. Was charged twice for a pram, and Lorraine is refusing to rectify the situation, she could check CCTV to see that we ordered our pram online and didn't leave the store with it, we have presented the confirmation email of the product and bank statements to show and she is saying "they can't do anything about it". Completely unacceptable, HQ told us to speak to her to have zero help and an attitude, with bills being so extensive and this close to Christmas you would have thought there would have been a little effort to rectify the issues, even a little empathy as obviously a young family. But nothing. Shame as we have never had an issue with the store or staff prior and our baby gets so excited going up and down the toy isles. Think someone should teach abit of customer service to the management, why work with people if it comes across as though you cant be arsed to even listen, let alone help. "It's a reasonable price toy shop, sadly there aren't many left , so it's here or online, occasionally you may find offers in supermarkets, Smyth's is a good place to get video games and consoles as the prices are very competitive. The choice is good and if you are looking for inspiration for ideas for children this is a good place to start. They have some amazing deals and it handy to actually see the physical products rather than the pictures online."
