"Not very good at returning calls"
"I ordered a wing mirror for my car off delta auto parts after being quoted £174.80 incl p&p two days later I received a refund with no explanation or notification when I contacted delta I was informed that the part was broken whilst being removed and thought this was fair enough. However the following day I received a quote for the same part £101 more than my original quoted price. I'd just like to add the part in question is only £60 more bought brand new from the main dealer!!!( Since when did breakers charge 2/3rds of the new price for a used item) Think what you will folks but this appears to me as a blatant attempt and dirty trick just to rip off a potential customer when I enquired about the price increase I received a blunt reply stating that sorry this part was out of stock hmmmmmm Id bet it would have been in stock if I hadn't questioned the price increase. By all means make your own mind up but I thought I'd share my unpleasant experience with these dishonest individuals."
