"Useless They don't know what stock they have and it's like they would prefer to give you the wrong part I purchased a light bulb for my cars back lights and it appeared brighter than the other so I walked back into the same euro car parts 10mins later showed them the same light and asked another member of staff if I can buy another one and he said they have nothing of the sort...so I showed him a part number and my other invoice and then he got me the same light. This happens often at this branch I unfortunately I do believe they need to get new staff....not to mention the waiting time for a simple part stretched to 35mins. Also there's been occasions when the line has been coming out of the shop due to them not having enough people at the till and taking their sweet time to process orders...explains why the waiting time for a light bulb was 35mins..."
"I ordered a ball joint for next day home delivery. After two days of waiting, I called the store and found out that due to the holiday on the day I placed the order, the part will arrive a day later. The next day nothing came. I wrote an email asking when I will receive my order. I got a reply that they removed my order and I will get my money back within 14 days"
