"AVOID!!! Would give 0 star if I could. Took my car here for an MOT and they tried to charge me £80 with no actual reason for why it cost so much especially as the MOT was supposed to be £40! The guys pretended they had to do something with my lights in order for it too ‘pass’ bearing in mind I did not ask them to, neither did they inform me of anything needing to be done! I had also recently changed all tyres and had a service with Mercedes so I know there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. The following day warning lights on my dashboard came on in relation to my car lights. I’ve had no problems with my car until it was taken to them. When I took it back and explained what’s happened they were rude and unhelpful and said ‘told you have electrical problems, nothing we can do about it unless you pay us’ What type of customer service is this? Pay to fix a problem they created?.. nonsense!! I am very sure that they tampered with the car before giving it to me so they could charge me to fix something THEY broke. I am local to the area so if this is how they treat their neighbours, who knows how they’ll treat strangers. I’ve made sure friends know NOT to go this place unless you want to come out with more problems as they are DISHONEST MONEY-HUNGRY CROOKS who will mess with your car and charge you extortionate prices to fix what they broke! Avoid avoid avoid at all costs!!!!"
