"It was good although the food just wasn’t it. I ordered nachos which were supposed to be warm but came cold, also when I asked for an ice cream I asked for salted caramel and vanilla, when it came it was just salted caramel. My daughter chose vanilla and it tasted like the mint choc chip flavour! I’m sorry but we might not visit again. I do not recommend getting food there."
"Had our son’s birthday party here today and it was great. We had the silver party package. The staff are extremely helpful, especially when one of our guests got a small injury on the inflatables. Everything is very clean and the food was good quality. The party rooms have squash dispensers and the staff provide a lighter and knife for the cake. While it is not their responsibility to look after the children there are plenty of staff on hand on the inflatables to keep an eye on things. Would definitely recommend."
"Just celebrated my daughter's 11th here. Such a fun setup, pleasant staff, the management is fantastic and our lovely host Debbie did a fabulous job of keeping the kids safe and entertained. Loving the improved premises and hope it stays this way. Will be returning!"
"Great place to take the kids - all new facilities and cleaner than any other kids soft play or bounce play I've been to. I took my 3 year old to the under 6s session and it wasn't too crowded, great that it didn't feel she would be trampled by older kids. Staff supervising on the equipment were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going again."
