Reviews of Go Bounce Extreme Trampoline Park
"Nice place. I loved the drop and the gladiator balance beam aswell as the interactive games. Staff were brilliant, helpful and fun whilst maintaining safety. Men's toilets had piddle on the floor for about 2 hours but overall really good. Would go again"
"This place is amazing , all the staff and friendly and great. Nothing is too much hassle for the team, they listen support and understand additional needs. Some days we are the only ones left in the place and the staff play one on one with my daughter . The manager has always supportive of our needs and is open and friendly . I would recommend this place to anyone . I couldn’t ask for anything else from the team . Keep up the great work guys"
"From purely an enjoyment standpoint, I would have given this place 4-5 stars, as there was lots to do and we had a really great time there. Unfortunately, from a safety point of view, I have had to score the experience much lower. I had only ever been to Rebound before but I was so surprised at how little safety was taken into account here. 1. When you go to Rebound, they make you watch the safety video from start to finish in a quiet room and you can’t enter the play area until you’ve watched it. Here, you are: A) taken to an assigned open area, metres away from the activities, which makes it loud/hard to hear B) we just ‘joined on’ to the existing group so we would have missed some of the initial safety information C) there was nothing to stop us just walking past and entering 2. At Rebound you buy the trampoline socks before you enter said quiet room and everyone puts them on before you go onto the play area. Here: A) no one asked whether we had trampoline socks (fortunately we had some already) B) there was no point when we were told to put them on C) plenty of people didn’t even have them on!! 3. On the safety videos, it is mentioned to not double-jump and for two people not to use the same trampoline. Yet here, there were countless children, running/racing/chasing across trampolines (without trampoline socks) with no thought about who was on them at the time. This made my son very nervous at times and couldn’t play the way he wanted to, as he (and I) weren’t used to people randomly occupying the trampoline we were on. Sometimes kids are just having fun and are unaware, but this also could have been due to not hearing the safety video…and even if they did, the members of staff overseeing the trampolines made no attempt to stop/warn the children who were doing this. I really hope more training is offered to staff and a better structure is put into place, because while the place has all the makings of a great experience, safety should be paramount."
