"our favourite soft play for our 2 year old and we have visited loads. our son absolutely loves it here. it is so clean, very cheap for meals and drinks and every extra works, (cannon ball shooter, ball suction thing, even all the baby toys were working with batteries) which other soft play fails to maintain, fix & just isn’t bothered. the staff are very friendly and helpful. we love the extra things like the role play, go karts & football pitch. i definitely recommend coming here, 5* from us."
"Very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities for children are great with something for everyone. Lots of seating and the party areas looked great."
"Lovely place with family. I enjoyed it very well with my little ones. Thank you"
"Visited here on the 20-02-20 with my 10 year old daughter, and 25 month old son in the half term break. I have given 3 stars as this was a good play area, at a good price. However, it was absolutely packed out. I did expect it to be a little busy due to the fact it was the school holidays, but I was surprised to find that there was no sign in book and people were still being allowed in even though it was already so very crammed. I was forced to spend the first 15 minutes holding my children’s coats and shoes whilst watching out for a table as there wasn’t one spare. When I did manage to get a table, it was right at the back near the go carts and this area was extremely crammed! Me and my children could only use 2 sides of the table as we couldn’t get to the other 2 sides. Walking around the play area presented problems too as there were so many children running around. Yes, it’s a play area and that is what children do in these places, but this was something else, it seemed chaotic to me! I witnessed several children crying because they had been hurt whilst I was there, including my toddler. Another problem was there were quite a lot of big children in the toddler area, the ball area was full of bigger children and at no point were these children asked to come out by staff - by bigger children, I mean children that were definitely over 10 and could easily hurt a younger child if they fell on them. This play area does have plenty of good points, it’s cheaper compared to some others I have visited, the food is a good price and there is plenty for the children to do. However, if I was going to visit again, it would be when my younger child was a little older and more robust, and I would absolutely avoid the school holidays."
