"Delivered my sofa and asked me to sign for it before they even unpackaged. I signed for it and they left pretty rapid. I then noticed a rip at the back, so I emailed the company within 10 minutes of the delivery. I was told I would hear back within 5 days (this was over a week ago...) Really upset about this."
"Absolute shady company.!! first of they say a day before delivery that they can't get the product ordered but can get another one so we except to then be completely messed around on the delivery day, seems they only want to deliver in the dark so obviously selling seconds or poor quality products. Now messing around in returning the deposit, can honestly say to absolutely Avoid this so called company, Left my father without a sofa thanks to the cowboy ways."

"THE WORST COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a 3 piece set back in October 2021. By the April 2022 the swivel armchair wore down and would no longer swivel. I emailed them on the 5th May 2022 with picture, it took them until August 2022 to replace a new one. Now 3rd November the new swivel chair that is 2 months old broke of the exact same place as the original one. They now will not help as is out of warrant (by 1 month). Even though it took them 3 month to replace my original!!! Now left with a broken swivel chair, the worst company I have ever ever come across. Please do not buy the Verona range. Looks like a lovely sofa buy they just fall apart!"
"Do not buy from these!! Sofa was in its packaging delivery drivers didn't even offer too bring inside as they said they didn't have time as was running 2 hours late! I signed the paperwork and wrote will inspect later and call if any problems. Well next morning opened them. And have holes in on the sofa. I contacted them. And was told nothing can do etc. Stay well away!!!!!"
