"I really like this place.. you always get a surprise at what is in there! Good prices on many things that look unused. Worth popping in just to browse."
"Been shopping here from 2017 and always meet lovely friendly helpful staff. Lots of good quality items and I always leave with more than I went in for. Lots of bargains. Many items brand new. Only had an issue with one item and it was easily exchanged and I was very happy with the result."
"The male Manager working there on 10th June 2022 at 1pm was extremely and unnecessarily rude, unfriendly and snotty. Will not visit this branch again. More details have been emailed to the Head Office as a way of a feedback to prevent reoccurrence of such disgusting attitude."
"I came into this shop with my baby in a pushchair, the guy who was working on the shop floor was standing sorting things out and very busy chatting away at the same time. i waited for his attention but he didn’t look my way so i excused myself soo i could squeeze past him, without disturbing him, he turned round and said you said excuse me and didnt give me a chance to move, i still said it’s ok - don’t worry and smiled. as i was walking into the shop he started mouthing off and venting to all the customers about me. i was so shocked and felt extremely uncomfortable and walked straight back out. whoever was working today on the erdington high street next to the superdrug branch you were extremely rude and those comments were not necessary - i will be registering a formal complaint."
"Lots of good stuff to pick from. Some things are well overpriced and I think the person coming up with the prices should look online and do research before putting any price tag. Shame that you don't get some money off the things, like sofas?, the price set is set and they won't charge it ( even if used) Other than that it's a good place to come and have a look around."
