"Absolutely diabolical, no reply back to calls. What ever u do don't refuse a curtecy car or they plant a tree in ur name without telling u. In Scotland at that. then if it turns out u need the car as the job is going 2 take longer than u originally thought they wont give u 1 but will still take ur money. When u want 2 spk 2 someone out no less than number 80 in a queue and the people u spk 2 are as much us as a chocolate tea pot and promise they will get someone 2 call u back in 24 hours but that never happens."
