"I'm not sure what has happened to this practice, it used to be really good but has gone completely downhill. My last 5 appointments have been cancelled at the last minute. I need treatment for a number of issues. Yesterday I phoned in with a very loose crown and was told my dentist couldn't see me for almost 1 month. The reception staff sound rushed and moody. Today I have phoned again and they don't even answer the phone. Eventually the line goes dead."

"Multiple cancellations. I have had multiple appointments cancelled last minute by the practice, when attempting to re-schedule there are very few options given and often over 3 months after the original date. I had been waiting 12 months for a check-up which had been cancelled three times by the practice - once because the dentist had gone on holiday and forgotten to inform me in advance. I was called 20 minutes before my appointment to cancel without an apology. There are long wait times for any NHS and check-up appointments. I have waited over a year to schedule a check-up, however when enquiring about cosmetic procedures I was given an appointment within 2 days. I had my appointment cancelled as I was 5 minutes late - I had attempted to call and inform the receptionist that I would be arriving a little late but could not get through. When I arrived to a full waiting room (dentist was clearly already running behind) I was told my appointment had been cancelled. When I then highlighted that I had tried to call I was simply told by the receptionist that she had been on the desk on her own all morning and she had been unable to answer calls."
