"This shop and in particular the staff cannot do enough to help you. You never feel pushed into buying. However I noticed after a week or two the fabric was looking decidedly dinghy. I rang head office who sent a technician to look at it, he suggested I use a vacuum cleaner to bring the pile right again, I tried this of course it didn't do a thing. I saved long and hard to buy my recliner chair, because I have a spinal condition and am in a lot of pain and discomfort. I didn't think the company could be so rude and indifferent.
