"Ordered a bed via wowcher. Had absolutely zero confirmation from the company so had no idea when it was actually going got arrive. The bed isn’t what is advertised on the website at all, and their response was that it’s a new design of bed with removable headboard. NOT STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. Incorrectly advertising the bed with pictures of the old style is unacceptable. Do not order from this website unless you want disappointment. If I could rate zero stars I would."

"Ordered bed frame and mattress as a 48hr delivery was attractive. Took a day off work on day of delivery but only frame arrived. Had to take a second day off work to receive mattress. Was very hard to get through to them on phone and negotiate this as well as the items being delivered by 2 different couriers. Metal frame was easy enough to put together but dirty and scratched in places. Mattress is a bit poor but not bad for price."

"I strongly recommend to everyone don't buy anything from this site. They don't reply your email once you purchased. They don't refund. 60 night trail is also nothing. They do nothing for you if you are not satisfied with the product. Useless products fake company"

"Doesn’t even justify a 1 star. Ordered a mattress for camper van I was getting converted, I had been given the wrong sizes for anyway (out of my hands) when I received the mattress and opened the box I realised it was the wrong size, I immediately contacted them to return and I was told I cant return it because I opened the box and it expanded!! Which it says NO WHERE on there “free returns” advertised. So I was told to wait the 60 days trial period because for hygiene reason they could take back a new mattress still in its plastic wrapping… but keeping it for 60 days is more hygienic??? It’s been in the way for 60 days as I have a small house and to get no reply from the WhatsApp after 5 days and a slow reply to an email I finally got a call back to be told I have to pay £60 to return it!!! I was then told “a different courier service might be cheaper that I can organise” how is that the “hassle free returns” as advertised! This has been the biggest hassle of a purchase I have made this year! Useless company and shocking customer service! I’d now rather get the mattress to someone who needs it than give it back to this useless company! AVOID!!!!"

"I paid £90 for mattress with 48 hour delivery two weeks ago. It says delayed on the tracking. No one answers the phone or replies to my emails. Is this business even still going? Will I ever get my mattress or even be able to ask anyone for a refund! I would avoid."
