"Like most of these walk in nail shops all they care about Is getting as much cash as possible. When I walked in today they knew I had a 90 minute wait ahead as both staff had a client in and then an appointment due. Failed to tell me. Just told me to sit down. Wasted 45 mins of my time before I asked and was told would be another 45 mins. Fuming. This is only time I have free all week.if they had been considerate enough to inform me about the wait I could have gone elsewhere. In the end I had to just give up and put up with lifted grown out nails for a few more days until I have time to go somewhere more professional"
