"I've been going to nailbox for a while now and honestly there is only one decent person in there who pays attention and does your nails correctly the rest rush you through and pay absolutely no attention. They do not bother cleaning under and round your nails, pay no attention to cuticles. The majority of them do not feel the need to listen to what you ask them to do which results in you leaving the salon with nails of different shapes and lengths. Also they speak to you as little as possible while shouting across the shop to their other co-workers in their own language, I may not understand what they're saying but I know from facial expressions/body language a lot of it is negative. Don't waste your money here 9/10 chance of being disappointed."
