Beautiful clean vehicle with all working seatbelts ( unlike some other taxi companies) he also telephoned us beforehand to let us know there where roadworks in Manchester near Lowry so asked if he should come a little earlier so we wouldn’t be late for our show. "Used Conrad for the first time yesterday. Had to go from Atherton to Wigan for my Covid jab. The driver was super nice and offered to wait for me (without the meter running) so he can take me back. That afternoon my partner also used Conrad to go to Leigh to get his jab. Again the driver waited for him. Outstanding customer service and I will never use another taxi service.
