"I was under the impression that pets fly out from the same place they come in (Pets on Jets). Not the case. Imagine being dropped off at Pets on Jets by the taxi at the door at 4:30 am, with a large kennel, a dog and my bags? All the lights off, me knocking, yelling, shouting, etc... No credit on my phone to ring the office. No response, no person to ask. I wasted so much time walking round the wrong way to see if I could find anyone to ask. Thank God I saw this place WFS and there was a lovely chap called Tony who helped me so much and went out of his way to drive me to the terminal with just enough time to make it to my plane. I would have missed it. I was given the wrong information by Aita Pets. THANK YOU TONY @ WFS! We need more like you."
