"Booked via app which said 17mins. Waited over an hour and car was still not assigned. Called to get an answer stating there is nothing available and could be another 45mins. Waste of time!!"

They said 5 minutes. 10 minutes later they said 5 minutes and that the driver was on a road that is a 3 minute walk from me. 10 minutes later they stopped answering the phone. waited a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes. DO NOT CALL. They are awful"
"Absolutely awful!! **BE CAREFUL with this company** as I was in a Rush to get home due to a family emergency second I've time ever booked with this company I was told 10mins wait when booked called to confirm, called 15mins later as app wasn't tracking a car, told 15 mins, called again told still trying to find me a car. After an hour I called new moon they turned up in 5 minutes! I then got a text message staying they are "don't bother booking again we're black listing your number and share this with other companies" I have never had a problem with a texi in my life and left feeling very upset."
"Would ideally rate 0 out of 5 stars. Today, after being told 10 minutes wait for a taxi we had to wait over 20 with no explanation or reason to the delay. This resulted in my partner missing an important interview due to a lack of competence and honesty on when they would arrive. This is not the first time we have been left waiting for a taxi from this company, we have suffered delays on numerous occasions ranging from 20 minutes up to an hour!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE"
