"I have been to Starbucks - Liberty(Romford) a few times but today was exceptional. The two girls in the till really showed poor customer service. Actions does speak louder than words!!! She was smirking and the other one was faking a smile. I will not be coming back and will definitely not spend my precious money nor recommend this place."

"I enjoyed my coffee here, and I had a Chocolate muffin with it and everything tasted good. The staff had a slight problem with the tills, but they were cheerful, patient and pleasant. Very patient infact. They had a good selection of seats in the seating area, some soft ones, and it feels very relaxing to sit with a coffee and to watch all the shoppers passing by. The social distancing measures are stuck to here."
