"The most disgusting frappe ever. Asked for a mocha coconut milk frappe. Cost me £4.15. It was warm , I was told it’s because the milk was on the side and not In the fridge. Really ???! That’s gross but also just put more ice in when blending. The guys then emptied out 1/4 of the cup and added more ice and gave it back to me. I explained a frappe is blended ice. He willingly made me another which was a little colder but mainly because it has floating ice in it. But it’s disgusting. Feel totally ripped off. Maybe some of the staff need training in how to make these drinks ?"
