"Cook is an absolute waste of time. Asked for a bacon and egg sandwich with mushroom. And he handed me the sandwich. With a mushroom just thrown underneath. This then resorted in the sandwich being covered in black mushroom juice because it wasn't cooked properly either. And I found cheese in the underneath of the sandwich? Not very good if I were lactose intolerant? Wouldn't waste £4.10 for the most expensive sandwich I'd thrown away. Wish I had a refund or a decent breakfast to be honest."
"Been here about 4 times now and I must say that the food is horrible. The chef does a great job but it's just all frozen food and that poor man is on his own. I feel that he should have someone working alongside him. A month ago, I visited the Cafe and a young girl was working there and kept getting told off by a man who looked like the Manager. He was being very persistent, pushy and rude to her which made her look quite nervous. She served my husband and I food with a big smile. This rating is due to the frozen food and the management. New staff shouldn't have to be pushed around so heavily, they need TIME to adjust and get used to everything."
