"Great customer service from the new manager (3 months) and his team. The manager is not afraid of helping his staff taking orders to tables and cleaning the tables when the cafe was busy. We had a full English breakfast with a Latte and water and we could not fault it. Everything was cooked well and tasted great so we left nothing on our plates. The latte was very nice too! The manager also too our feedback from a previous bad experience with a staff member from the kitchen who had an attitude problem over 3 months ago which put us off coming back but we were pleasantly surprised and we will come back and recommend to our friends too!"
