"I have honestly never come across a cafe with such poor service. The food arrived cold and had multiple missing items. When we called the cafe, the man on the phone was so so rude and claimed that the items missing were not ordered or on their menu. Not only this, the bacon was uncooked in such way that it looked like it was thrown on a pan for less than 30seconds. We had to contact deliveroo to complain about this poor service and to request a full refund as the man on the phone hung up on us when we were explaining the situation. I am so disappointed in this cafe as I have ordered from them previously and the same poor service and missing items occurred prior."
"We had dinner here today. The Spag Bol was really tasty, I was also pleased with my sausage, mash, beans, Gravy and onions with a Latte coffee. Chips were OK too."
