"We are Home Décor company , we recently hired Legal Service Translation & Interpretation Ltd for their Interpretation Services. We got quality in low price. Interpreters are professional and they had good conversation with our clients."
"I have worked for LST as a translator. i translate 6 marriage certificates from Italian to English. just one time they delay my payment after that they satisfied with my work they paid all invoice on time. LST is growing translation agency."
"I have been working as a freelance translator with LST for a little over a year now and I have to say that I find them an excellent company to work with. Their project manager Mr. Imran knowledgeable, approachable and professional. Add to that reasonable rates, regular payments, monthly newsletter and bi-annual supplier open days, a fusion of fun, networking and informative talks, and it is easy to see why LST attracts such a loyal cohort of freelancers - I would not hesitate to recommend them to any translator colleagues."
"It was unbelievable to see this company got a 4-star rating on Google. We've heard owners of companies contacting friends and families to review them on platforms such as this, so could this be the case? Most positive ratings suggested they are 'customers' but when you actually read the reviews that seem to be authentic, they are actually from translators and interpreters working with this company, then you can see the scale of unprofessionalism and the shocking standards this company possess. This company should be reported to NRPSI and CIOL boards, those that regulate public service translators and interpreters, so they can inform their registrants of companies to be avoided. The standard rate for a qualified interpreter is currently at £30/hour, legal aid is £28/hour, minimum charge is currently at 3 hours, and this company wanted to pay £12/hour. They wanted to make a call on your behalf and then each hour of your work, they keep at least 60% of your wages. If the booking is one hour, and they charge customers a minimum booking of 3 hours as this is a common practice, and then paying you £12 would mean they earn £72-£78 (as minimum charge for legal aid is £84 and MOJ is £85-90) – this means you the worker earn 14% and the agency keep 86%. This got to be flagged up in all forums and I will make sure I do so in my professional capacity to make sure my mentees, students and colleagues are aware and avoid being robbed off your hard labour or exploited by these greedy agencies. Reading those comments from others who didn't get paid after completing their work, I think it's time you take these people to court and make sure you rate them on the UK TrustPilot too."
